A horizontal moving linear guide rail is arranged between the polishing wheel and the guide wheel of the round tube polishing machine, and two moving sliders are arranged on the guide rail, and two sections of the workpiece are fixed on the moving slider, so that the workpiece can move reciprocally on the linear guide rail.When the feed handle of the sliding table is manipulated, the guide wheel of the round tube polishing machine contacts the workpiece, the workpiece begins to rotate, the feed continues to contact the polishing wheel, and the surface of the workpiece is ground when the polishing wheel of the stainless steel tube polishing machine rotates. At the same time, the workpiece is moved axially to complete the polishing work of the workpiece.

The raw material that is often polished is usually iron or stainless steel. Stainless steel pipes are relatively easier to polish than iron pipes. Stainless steel workpieces with short lengths can be polished with a set of small and medium-sized round tube polishers. If the finish is higher, multiple round tube polishers can be used. The surface strength of the fired raw material is relatively high. One set of round tube polishers can be used for rough polishing to remove surface residues, and about five sets of round tube polishers can be used for fine polishing.
