- 3.Check the electrical part: check the cables, wiring and switches of the electrical part to ensure that the electrical components work normally and safely, and replace damaged cables and parts in time.
- 4.Regular replacement of grinding wheels and abrasive belts: grinding wheels and abrasive belts directly affect the processing quality and equipment life, so they need to be replaced regularly according to the frequency and time of equipment use.
- 5.Regularly test the accuracy of equipment: regularly test the accuracy of equipment, such as measuring the size of parts, surface roughness and other indicators, and deal with abnormalities in time.
